How to use “Merge PDF”
- Add two or more PDF files.
- Reorder them with the arrows: the final PDF follows the list order.
- Click “Merge PDF”.
- Download the combined document.
What it does exactly
It copies every page of each PDF, in order, into a new document. Each page keeps its original size and orientation, so you can mix portrait and landscape pages, and internal links, each document’s bookmarks and form fields are preserved (if two documents have a field with the same name, the second one is renamed so they don’t fill in together).
Are my files uploaded?
No. ShiftAny Files processes your files directly on your device: this tool runs in your browser and never sends your files to any server.
Frequently asked questions
Can I merge PDFs with different page sizes?
Yes. Each page keeps its original size; nothing is rescaled or cropped.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Not directly. Remove the password first with “Unlock PDF”; the tool warns you if it detects an encrypted file.
Is there a limit on files or size?
ShiftAny Files imposes no limit. The real ceiling is the memory of your browser and your device.
Can I merge Word files, images and PDFs together?
Not here: “Merge PDF” only accepts PDFs. To mix Word documents, presentations, images or text with your PDFs in a single document, use “Combine Files to PDF”, which converts each file and merges them in one step.
