How to use “Word to PDF”
- Select your Word file (.docx).
- Choose the mode: “Faithful pagination” (recommended) or “Quick flow”.
- Click “Convert to PDF” and wait for it to finish.
- Download the PDF, or all of them in a ZIP if you converted several Word documents.
What is kept and what isn’t
The document is laid out as in Word: page size and margins, embedded fonts, colors, tables, images, headers, footers and page breaks. In “Faithful pagination” each page is rendered at high resolution (2×) with an invisible text layer on top, so the PDF looks like it does in Word and can be searched and copied. “Quick flow” writes the real text on A4, with headings, lists, tables and images, without forcing the page breaks of the document: it is much lighter and sharp at any zoom, but doesn’t keep fonts, headers or footers. The most complex elements (floating text boxes, shapes or fields) may not come out identical; if you need an exact copy, use “Save as PDF” in Word.

Which mode should I choose?
“Faithful pagination” if the PDF must look exactly like in Word (contracts, CVs, designed reports). “Quick flow” if you want a small, sharp PDF to read, email or archive, and don’t mind the fonts.
Does it accept old .doc files?
No, only .docx. Open the file in Word and save it as .docx to convert it.
Does it work with password-protected documents?
No. The tool detects these files and asks you to remove the password first.
